Ticket distributor (IATA agencies) receive special fares for select destinations. Expat Relocation has negotiated additional special fares, to make travelling less expensive for you. The conditions, such as baggage allowances, changes- or cancellation-regulations may be different compared to regular fares. Please share with us, what terms are important for you.
Special rates are available for various passenger groups such as: Bulk rates (for all), Ethnic, Youth, Students, Senior citizens, Military / NATO, Companion Fares (second person discounted), Online Fares and such. Expat Relocation offers in addition to the above the following special fares: for public servants or EU employees, persons with disability card, or traveling for the purpose of medical treatment, army members, family, business, pilgrims, missionaries, groups, commuters, seamen, sportsmen, emigrants and so on.
The passenger must be able to prove the requirement / qualification is met for a special rate on request at the airport.

ABC-SPECIAL - saving up to 25% on normal rates
Requirements: none
Thanks to our position in the market and our business relations Expat Relocation has negotiated a superior rate for you; eligible are all of our customers, regardless of the passenger type. That's why the ABC-Rate is preselected for you.
SENIOR - saving up to 15% on normal rates
Requirements: Minimum age 65 years
Expat Relocation grants all passengers at age 65 and up a discount of up to 15% on flights if the country of departure is Germany. The discount applies to selected booking classes.
STUDENT - saving up to 10% on normal rates
Requirements: ISIC (International Student Identity Card)
Student fares are special airline fares with which you can save up to 10% on normal rates. I addition these fares offer more attractive conditions, such as longer ticket validity, lower change fees and better Stopover options.
NATO ACTIVE - saving up to 35% on normal rates
Requirements: NATO ID Card

NATO FAMILY - saving up to 25% on normal rates
Requirements: NATO ID CARD copy on demand

This rate applies to all employees of a non-profit organization.
Why doesn’t Expat Relocation require any evidence of affiliation to the military or other special rate qualifications?
Expat Relocation does not require proof when booking, as the tickets are mediated. The proof/qualifying paperwork should be submitted on demand at the airport. The transportation contract with respective fare conditions is concluded between passenger and airline. As an agent, Expat Relocation discloses the fare rules to the passenger.
